This Online Shipping Policy is provided to you by Ergify (hereafter referred to as “Ergify”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a trademark of Via Seating.

General Shipping Policies

Ergify offers free shipping on products shipped within the contiguous 48 United States and flat-rate shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Most items ship via standard ground service using the best carrier method available. Ergify provides tracking details in a timely manner allowing our clients the ability to identify a delivery date and make any necessary arrangements.

It is the responsibility of the client to verify the shipping address and all contact information. This is especially important for desk delivery and freight shipments.

Note, if the ship to address is outside of the service area of the carrier, it will be shipped to the nearest carrier facility or affiliate for pickup.

Delays

We strive to ship all orders quickly, but situations may arise causing unexpected delays. Shipping delays may result from natural or human events, including weather, earthquakes, system outages, holidays, transportation disruptions or other similar occurrences. In the event of a delay, we take reasonable steps to ship your order as soon as possible.

Signature required for Deliveries

Ground shipments will now require delivery signatures. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their deliveries through FedEx’s Delivery Manager. This optimization tool is provided by FedEx in your initial shipment email that also provides tracking for your order.  FedEx Delivery Manager is where you can pre-sign for your delivery should you need to. You can also select from a vast number of other delivery options such as future delivery dates (up to 5 days from the original delivery date), deliver to your neighbor should you be out of town, deliver to another address, or even deliver to a pick up point. Ergify cannot be held responsible for orders stolen or tampered with after a successful delivery.

Processing Shipments

We dispatch orders on working/business days only. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday within normal business hours (see our hours here). Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an order on Saturday, your order will be dispatched on the next working day, which is Monday.

Shipping Damages & Returns

It is very important to thoroughly inspect all boxes before signing any delivery slip and to note any and all damages or shortages in writing, on the freight documents with the driver. Once the over has been delivered, all items must be inspected and any damages, photographed and reported following our Online Return Policy within 48 hours of receipt. Please retain all packing materials and boxes associated with the shipment as these may be needed to complete a claim. Photos of damaged boxes are required for claim processing.

If you choose to return the goods regardless of the situation, you will have the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when returning until Ergify has taken physical possession of the goods.

Changes to This Policy

We may revise and update this policy from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. If changes are material to this policy, we will make every effort to notify you before these amendments enter into force. Your continued use of the Ergify Services means you accept and agree to any modifications to this policy.
